Roberta has over 20 years of experience in various areas of civil litigation. Roberta has successfully handled medical malpractice matters at all levels of the litigation process, including arbitrations, mediations, and jury trials. She has litigated matters in Philadelphia County and the Courts of Common Pleas in Philadelphia’s four surrounding counties. Roberta has been a frequent lecturer to area physicians and residents on a wide variety of medical malpractice topics. She has also taught civil law classes at a local Philadelphia college, and has reviewed/negotiated physician employment agreements.
Roberta is a 1994 cum laude graduate of Temple University School of Law, from which she graduated in the top 7% of her class. In 1990, she graduated summa cum laude from Temple University, where she was inducted as a member of Phi Beta Kappa and was awarded the honor of President’s Scholar. Roberta is a member of both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey state and federal bars.
