Zachary Duffy joined the law firm of Christie & Young in May of 2018. He focuses his practice in defense of medical professional liability claims and has experience managing medical claims through all stages of litigation. In addition to medical professional liability, Mr. Duffy also represents defendants in general liability actions.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Duffy gained years of experience at a Philadelphia insurance defense firm where his primary focus was to represent physicians and physician practice groups in the defense of medical malpractice claims. Mr. Duffy has represented medical care providers across several medical specialties. Mr. Duffy presented an introduction to professional liability before physicians at both Temple University Hospital and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
